Piece of cake.

I did an initial test at Lake Morii:

I loaded it onto the car using the new 4-point mounting rack on the front wheel:

and put it to the test in Azuga.

Alex took two laps with it on the Red Line, got a flat because the Tannus inserts haven't arrived yet, now available on bikeverse:

Tannus Pro anti-flat insert - Modular Tubeless Insert 29" 2.1 - 2.6, 23-35 mm · Tires

The Blue Line trail is impeccably worked: additions, completions, raising existing counter slopes, building new counter slopes, jump ramps, jumps, tabletop, redirecting flowing water and other streams.

So come on, it's much closer to Poiana Brașov and Bran, and the fun is guaranteed:

Testing the Whistle C8.7 by fans

Dozens of bikeverse fans tested it, and they were all thrilled with its power, agility, and wonderful cycling performance. When you see us with it, ask us for a test ride and we'll gladly provide it.

After 4 hours on the blue and red, I took it on some ridge trails, reaching Culmea Urechea, Popasul Urșilor, Șaua Bănuțul, Vârful Cazacu, then all the way to Vârful Baiului, Piscul Câinelui. I wanted to descend to Sinaia but changed my mind, quickly reaching Azuga and took another descent on the Blue Line before washing the bike and heading home to Bucharest.

It was a great pleasure to climb all those peaks, the views are wonderful, you have to contribute something alongside what the motor gives, proof is that I slept 14 hours on Sunday, deep restorative sleep.

See you soon again in Azuga and next week, September 21 - 22, for the final downhill stage, Romania Downhill Cup

There are two days left for registrations. And on Sunday, the fun continues for those under 13 years old.
